This is a very entertaining book about drawing animals. It has step-by-step instructions on how to draw animals. This book is very easy to use. The steps are a little complicated, but you can follow them. It is a very fun book.
The positions and the emotions on the animals are very cute; they are definitely more expressive than in other drawing books. You could trace the animals if you wanted to, but it is better to just follow the steps. It’s very fun even to just flip through the pages, even if you don’t want to draw them, because the animals are really cute.
My favorite animal to draw was the red fox. It doesn’t exactly give you the proportions, so you just have to kind of measure it. I didn’t draw the back of the fox the right size at first, so that messed everything up and I had to go back and redo that. But in the end it turned out cute.
This book will be easier to use if you already know how to draw a little, but it is fine for beginners too, and a great way to start.
